Whitby Distillery makes high-quality, award-winning gin, with locally foraged ingredients. The spirits are inspired by the coastline, Whitby Abbey, and Dracula - written in the town. The bottles are uniquely designed with a ripple wave effect and a fossil shape.

Original Dry Gin was the winner of the Best British London Dry Gin 2019, this flavour combination marries 12 traditional gin botanicals with our signature ingredients. A true taste of home, distilled with locally foraged sugar kelp, moorland heather and honey for a bold yet balanced flavour.

Demeter is inspired by the world-famous story of Dracula. The Demeter is the vessel which brought Count Dracula to the shore of Whitby one stormy night. This gin is a rich and juniper-forward spirit with sweet notes of Plum and a spiced pepper dulse finish.

Blackberries and Bay leaf are united with our London Dry Gin to create a rich burst of berry flavours and a hint of vanilla. At 38% ABV this spirit has the strength of a true gin but a sweet richness of a berry liquor.

Prince of Darkness gin: it is the blood of his victims that gave Dracula life in the novel, and it is our crimson spirit which keeps the story alive 125 years on. The Prince of Darkness Edition is created in celebration of the 125th publishing anniversary of Bram Stoker's - Dracula. Perfect for Halloween and developed from our international award-winning Whitby Gin, The Prince of Darkness gin is laid to rest in Transylvanian Oak casks taking on flavours of vanilla and caramel. The oak-aged gin is then combined with cherry and citrus to create a spirit as impressive in appearance as it is on the palate.  

The series of products includes a spiced rum, a dark spiced rum, rhubarb rum, and a Founder’s edition.
