The Founder

Edward Egglishaw

Edward has spent over 20 years building international commercial networks in the drinks industry — with a background that spans FMCG retail and category management, an early career in PR, communications and marketing across food, hospitality and logistics, and more than a decade of dedicated international export development.

That breadth matters. Understanding retail margins, consumer behaviour, brand communications and commercial strategy — not just export mechanics — is what separates a good export manager from an exceptional one.

He founded Trade Winds Agency with a clear conviction: that independent drinks producers deserve access to world-class export management without the cost of a full in-house team.
