Trade Winds Agency is a contracted export management consultancy taking independent drinks producers to global markets across 6 continents. We're building the infrastructure to do that properly — and that means finding the right people. We're not in a rush. We're looking for individuals who are the right fit, in the right markets, with the right skills.
Open Roles
Two Roles. Two Markets. One Growing Network.
These are ground-floor positions in a fast-moving international operation. The right candidates will grow with the business.
SE Asia Operations Administrator
TWA is expanding actively across SE Asia — with active on-trade development underway in Thailand, an India pipeline in development, and further regional markets building. We need a capable, organised administrator based in the region to be our operational presence in the region: the person who keeps things moving, answers the phone, handles the paperwork, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
Office & Administrative Operations
Day-to-day admin support — correspondence, scheduling, filing and document management. You are effectively our SE Asia office.
Financial Administration
Raising and processing invoices, basic bookkeeping, tracking payments and flagging discrepancies.
Regulatory & Market Compliance
Coordinating registration documents, import licences and commercialisation paperwork across SE Asian markets — Thailand, India, Singapore, Philippines and beyond.
Importer & Partner Liaison
First point of contact for SE Asia operational communications — following up documentation, tracking orders, supporting the commercial pipeline.
What We're Looking For
Strong written and spoken English — essential
Organised, detail-oriented and reliable
Experience in office administration or operations
Financial document experience: invoices, purchase orders, basic bookkeeping
Knowledge of drinks, FMCG or import/export a significant advantage
Someone who takes ownership and gets things done without being chased
Compensation: Competitive · Commensurate with experience and market rates · Discussed at application stage
LATAM Operations & Logistics Coordinator
TWA has a growing LATAM portfolio — Argentine and Uruguayan wines, Mexican spirits, and a British and Irish drinks range targeting the region's key markets. A major LATAM commercial push is underway, and we need an operations and logistics coordinator who understands how this region works: the paperwork, the bureaucracy, the importers, and the relationships.
What You'll Do
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
Coordinating logistics of wine and spirits shipments from Argentina and Uruguay — export documentation, customs paperwork, freight liaison and order tracking.
Regulatory & Compliance Administration
Managing import registration and commercialisation documentation across LATAM markets. Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru each carry significant compliance requirements.
Importer & Sales Pipeline Support
Supporting the commercial team with follow-up, importer communication and market entry documentation as TWA expands its LATAM footprint.
Financial & Commercial Administration
Invoice processing, commercial document preparation and basic financial tracking across the LATAM portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Spanish essential · Portuguese highly desirable · English required
Solid understanding of LATAM import/export processes
Experience in logistics, operations or trade admin — ideally drinks, FMCG or agri-food
Comfortable navigating bureaucracy across multiple markets simultaneously
Knowledge of Argentine and Uruguayan wine a genuine advantage
Someone who understands that LATAM rewards persistence and relationship management
Compensation: Competitive · Commensurate with experience and market rates · Discussed at application stage
Apply
The Right Person. The Right Market. The Right Moment.
We're not filling seats. We're building a team. If either role sounds like a genuine fit — your skills, your market, your ambitions — we'd like to hear from you.
