Toscanini Wines offers a diverse and innovative range of high-quality products. The Alma Joven line features fragrant, fresh, and unoaked wines at competitive prices, including varieties such as Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc Rosé, and Merlot & Tannat. The Classic collection showcases meticulously crafted, well-balanced, unoaked wines, including Blanc de Blancs (40% Gewürztraminer, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc), Sauvignon Blanc, Blush Rosé (60% Cabernet Franc, 40% Gewürztraminer), Tannat Rosé, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, and Tannat-Merlot. The Reserve wines are made from carefully selected grapes and are consistently award-winning. These oaked wines, aged for 10-12 months, include Chardonnay, Marselan, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tannat. The Barrel Selection wines represent the finest parcels from each vintage, producing Gran Reserva wines like Tannat and Tannat-Cabernet Sauvignon blends. Adagio Gran Corte wines are created during exceptional harvests, resulting in immaculate blends. The latest vintage (2017) features a balanced mix of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 25% Tannat. The winery's vintage sparkling wine, made from 100% Viognier, was bottled in 2016. Toscanini also produces Rendibu - an outstanding Licor de Tannat, made using the same process as port wine, as well as a late-harvest dessert wine (55% Chardonnay, 45% Sauvignon Blanc).
